The entire production process is controlled at SATUERCA, at the plants owned by the group both in Spain and in Romania.

A highlight of our production resources are our Hatebur forging machines, various furnaces for different types of heat treatments, as well as more sophisticated machines to machine large sets of parts.

By means of the entire process, we are able to measure the quality of the product and trace it, accordingly guaranteeing zero defects on the parts which are delivered to our customers.

Hatebur is a worldwide developer and distributor ideally suited for forging parts which are produced from steel bars in a fully-automa­ted process.
