The main purpose of the www.satuerca.es website is to inform and disclose information to citizens regarding Satuerca services.
Satuerca assumes the legal obligations as regards personal data protection, especially in connection with:

- The compulsory or optional nature of the questions we ask.
- The consequences of the data or the refusal to supplying.

Satuerca aims to provide the user with the appropriate information, so that users may freely and voluntarily decide if they wish to disclose their personal data in the required manner. To this regard, we inform the user that their data will be incorporated to an automated file which is the responsibility of Satuerca
Unless otherwise specified, the data collected in the forms are necessary and compulsory in order to be able to access and to provide the services featured on the website. The User must complete the forms with true, accurate and complete information and will hold responsibility of the damages that may arise in case of defective completion of the forms through the inclusion of false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.
Satuerca is committed to adopting the levels of security of personal data protection required by current legislation, implementing all the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and other possible risks. Satuerca also agrees to comply with the obligation of secrecy regarding the data contained in the automated file established by current law. The user or their legal representative may, at any time, exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and, where appropriate, opposition pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Data Protection Law and other applicable regulations, sending a written notification to the File Manager indicating the user´s name and National ID code, to the following address: B° Muncharaz, 39-Aptdo. 1, 48220 - Abadiano (Biscay, Spain). The safe storage of the user´s personal identification data is our main concern. We take extreme precautions when disclosing the data from the user’s computer to our servers.
Only employees who require access to users’ data to perform their jobs have access to it. Any employee who violates our policy of data protection and/or security will be subject to disciplinary action.
